Construction work at Zoetermeer-Oost Station during the weekend of May 8

Due to work being carried out on behalf of Prorail, Eerste Stationsstraat Zuidweg Zoetermeer-Oost Station (railway viaduct) will be closed during the weekend of May 8, 2026.

This work is scheduled for a weekend when there are no trains running:

  • From 10:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, through 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, at the latest

As a result, the station is accessible to cars only from the north side. A detour is in effect via Van Leeuwenhoeklaan Stolberglaan.

The bike tunnel and the station will remain accessible during the construction work.
