The municipality must make public information about its actions, decisions or policies. This information must be on our website in a way so that anyone can reuse it. This is stated in the Reuse of Government Information Act (Who).

Do you want the information to be readable (public) by everyone? Then request the information with a Woo request

What should be in a Who request?

A Who request must include the following:

  • Indicate that this is a Who request.
  • A clear description of the information you want to reuse. If possible, also indicate how long you want to use this information.
  • How you want to get the information.
  • Your name and address information.
  • Sign your request.

Submit Who request

You must submit a Who request by mail. You send the request to:

How long will it take?

You will be notified within 4 weeks. This may become 8 weeks if it takes longer to seek the information.

Objecting

  • If the municipality does not decide on time, you can declare the municipality in default.
  • Do you disagree with our response? Then you can object.
