Digital Government Information Center Reopens in Seghwaert
Starting September 30, 2026, the Digital Government Information Point (IDO) service desk in the Seghwaert neighborhood will be open again. Every Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., you can visit inZet Noordhove-Seghwaert, located at Petuniatuin 7a, without an appointment.
More and more matters involving the government are being handled digitally. For many people, this isn’t always easy. Understanding letters, forms, and digital applications can also be difficult at times. You can contact the IDO with questions about, for example, the Tax and Customs Administration, the municipality, housing associations, benefits, and the ZoetermeerPas.
The staff will help you get started, explain what you need to do, and refer you to the appropriate organization if necessary.
