Complaints

On this page you will soon find announcements from the Complaints category of the Woo. These are the written judgments on complaints filed.

If you feel that you have not been treated properly by one of our officials, you can file a complaint with us. Such a complaint can be about the behavior and manner of working of officials. A complaint can also be about receiving too little or incorrect information. Disclosure of general complaints about policies, for example, is not required.

Disclosure of documents in the Complaints category is not yet mandatory. However, it is already mandatory to publish a summary of complaints received each year. The date when complaints will be made public will be announced at a later date through a Royal Decree. From then on, the municipality must make new complaints public.
