At the corner of Luxembourg Avenue and Europaweg , new construction project 70LUX is being built. There will be 134 rental apartments. The building will be 70 meters high, have 23 floors and include a parking garage for residents. Commercial spaces will be located on the first floor. The project will be completed in early 2025.
