Overview of Shared Personal Data

You can request a list of organizations with which we have shared your data from the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP). We can check this for you for up to 20 years.

It states:

  • which organizations have requested your data,
  • why they needed your information,
  • What information has been provided,
  • when this has happened.

We will check this for you with all the municipalities where you lived during that period.

Who is eligible to apply?

You can request the statement for yourself or for your children who live with you. Once your child turns 16, they may request this statement on their own.

This overview is free.

How long will it take?

You will receive the summary within 4 weeks.

Did you also live in another municipality? If so, it may take longer.
