Nature

Our forester is in charge of the nature reserves in Zoetermeer. He/she provides information and checks whether visitors to these areas follow the rules. Such as not leaving litter, breaking things or disturbing animals. A forester is also a special investigating officer (boa). This means that he/she may also issue warnings and fines. You can read more about this on the page What can we do?

Alcohol and hospitality

Our alcohol and hospitality inspector gives advice on responsible use and dispensing of alcohol. In addition, he/she checks licenses issued.

Undermining

Without realizing it, undermining crime can take place under our very eyes. Also in Zoetermeer. Examples include the manufacturing and trafficking of drugs, healthcare fraud, money laundering, real estate fraud, human trafficking and exploitation of workers. We call this undermining.

Team Enforcement fights undermining together with the police and judiciary, among others. You can help us in this by filing a report. For more information, see the page Undermining.
