Welstands note Zoetermeer
The Welstandsnota contains the criteria on which the city architect bases his recommendations. The memorandum distinguishes three levels that can be assigned to an area: lee, regular and intensive. As the level increases, there are more criteria. The level of prosperity and the criteria are on pages B-1 and B-2 of the Welstandsnota.
Image quality plans
In addition to the Welstandsnota, image quality plans have been adopted for parts of Zoetermeer. These image quality plans also contain criteria on which the city architect bases his recommendations. These criteria are only valid for the area for which the image quality plan has been adopted.
