The Care and Security Room
The Zoetermeer Care and Safety Chamber works towards a safer Zoetermeer. It supports cooperation between care and welfare organizations, the police, the municipality and other partners. The aim is to work together to prevent social breakdown, serious nuisance and crime and to provide appropriate care.
How does it work?
Sometimes a resident has several complicated problems and something needs to change quickly to prevent the situation from getting worse. The care and safety organizations involved must then find a solution together. The Care and Safety Chamber brings these organizations together. Together, they make a plan that can help someone with problems quickly.
Care and Safety House Haaglanden
Each municipality in the Haaglanden region has its own Care and Safety Chamber. Municipalities set these up with organizations from their own municipality. All Care and Safety chambers work together with the Haaglanden Care and Safety House. They can register a case there. For example, if a special approach is needed, or if the problems also occur in other municipalities. For more information visit: zorgveiligheidshuishaaglanden.nl.
