Redevelopment Market 10 and surrounding area
The municipality wants to create an attractive residential and recreational area in the middle of the city. With the partial demolition of the city hall, space has been created at the Markt. The Marktplein and the parking lot at the Frankrijklaan offer opportunities for redevelopment. Together with the development of the Dobbe area into a central park, this part of the city centre can be turned into a lively area with attention to greenery, water, living and staying.
