Minicontainers
A mini-container is a plastic trash can on 2 wheels in which household waste is collected.
Container broken?
- For example, does your container have a tear in the plastic or a broken wheel?
- Contact Customer Service Waste Collection. We will make an appointment with you.
- On the day of the appointment, please place the container empty in front of your door.
- The container is made (or replaced) on site.
Container stolen?
- Report the theft to the police .
- You can pick up a new container from Customer Service Waste Collection.
- You take a copy of the theft report with you.
Request additional container
In the following cases, you can request an additional container. Please note that you will be charged for an additional container.
- Your family is so large that you don't have enough space in a single container.
- There are more than two children in your family who wear diapers.
- You need the extra container for medical waste. In this case, you often don't have to pay for the extra container.
Additional container no longer needed?
- Do you have an extra container that you no longer need?
- You can get it picked up. You can easily arrange this online.
- We will call you to make an appointment to collect the container from you.
Exchange small and/or large container
- Do you have a lot of GFT-e waste?
- Exchange your small green container (140 litres) for a large green container (240 litres) free of charge.
- We will call you to make an appointment to exchange the containers.
Request a large GFT-e container
- Do you have little residual waste?
- Exchange your large grey container (240 litres) for a small grey container (140 litres) free of charge.
- We will call you to make an appointment to exchange the containers.
Costs
You pay the cost of household waste collection and disposal through the municipal waste tax.
Renew mini containers
You must pay for a container that you have broken yourself. You can pick up a new container from Customer Service Waste Collection. You can also have the container delivered to your home (by appointment). You will have to pay extra for this.
