Land Policy
Land policy is a means to enable spatial developments, such as housing, road construction and the realization of nature. In the Land Policy Document, the municipality indicates how it implements this policy. For the implementation of the land policy, the municipality has also adopted a number of memoranda containing policy rules, such as the Cost Recovery Memorandum, the Policy Framework for the Distribution of Real Estate and the Land Price Memorandum.
